Animals is the story of a nameless, reclusive woodsman who, during his morning routine stumbles upon a beautiful, unconscious girl who has been bound to a tree and left for dead in the middle of the forest. His decision to help the girl soon sends him spiraling into a disturbing mystery that could be described as a very dark, modern-day Beauty and the Beast.
GIRL,18-25; Attractive and petite. Although she may at first seem to be your average damsel in distress–fearful and delicate–her powerful will to survive gives her a surprising, sometimes vicious inner-strength.
MR. NICE GUY, 30-60; A Wolf in sheep’s clothing whose almost theatrical congeniality and plastic smile only serve to hide his very twisted intentions–think car salesman meets Hannibal Lecter.

Please contact Josh Vliek for specific details or answers to any questions you might have about the project in general. We are open to all different levels of experience. Thank you for your consideration.
